Do It Yourself Resume - $95

Do you prefer to write your own resume? Do you just need a little guidance? This DIY kit includes step by step instructions on how to create an effective, ATS Optimized resume. Bonus material includes cover letter and optimizing your LinkedIn profile.

This is a great option if your resume needs some help, but the basics are all there.
We will:
  1. Ensure your resume format is ATS (applicant tracking software) compliant and reformat if necessary. We will also format to update the look or improve the messaging as necessary.
  2. Add keywords based on the job posting you provide us for ATS Optimization.
  3. Wordsmith the content as necessary, checking for grammar and spelling while creating active, compelling language.
  4. Identify any gaps in skills/abilities based on the job posting(s) provided.
  5. Provide an additional document with best practices and tips for additional tweaks if needed.
This is a “one and done” service. If additional changes are requested, we will happily upgrade you to one of our resume “rewrite” options for the difference in cost within 30 days.
Timeframe: 5 days

If you are new to the workforce, your challenges are unique. Your resume should be as well. Let our professionals help you create a resume that promotes your personal brand and value to stand out from your competition. This offer is valid for professionals with less than three years of professional experience.

If you aren't sure where to start or would like guidance on your responses rather than complete the questionnaire, you can schedule a one-hour consultation with a career strategist for an additional $150.

If your existing resume needs a boost of more marketable content and formatting, this is a great option!

If you aren't sure where to start, are changing to a different industry or position, or need a resume created from scratch, this is the package for you.
  1. We schedule an hour consultation to discuss your background and get details on how your skills fit the position you are trying to achieve. If you live within driving distance, we would love to see you in person at our office; however, we also offer Zoom consultations.
  2. We use the content provided during your consultation, previous resumes, your LinkedIn profile, and any other information you provide; plus, we research and add keywords relevant to your experience, skills, and industry to create a draft for your review.
  3. We collaborate with you by email on revisions and drafts until your resume is complete.

Sometimes you just need to talk through your thoughts, actions, or plans. As an add-on service to your standard resume, we offer up to three 30-minute resume follow-up sessions with your career strategist via Zoom. Additional 30-minute increments are available at $50.00 each.

Recruiters and hiring managers typically search and check out your LinkedIn profile as a first step in assessing you as a candidate, and if you don’t have one, or yours isn’t on point with current trends, you may be passed over as unprofessional. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, we’ll help you create one.
  3. Finally, we believe a cover letter is crucial to help you stand out from your peers. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions on creating the best cover letter. When you are ready to apply for your first position, send your written cover letter back to us with the job posting, and we will help you optimize it.
