This program is designed to work with you for the duration of your job search. JSAP provides mentoring, coaching and tools necessary for Seekers to work, network and solicit new job opportunities in a relationship-based program.

Coaching and mentoring are both valuable forms of guidance that facilitate personal growth and development, yet they have different approaches and goals. While coaching and mentoring can be used separately, the JSAP program recommends that individual development should incorporate both for optimal results—we do both!

Your Investment

Obtaining a new career opportunity (The Right Job) in this unique and dynamic job market (Post Covid) requires different and exact skills. Old ways and practices no longer apply. Our typical client will land in 90 days (3 months), but we are here for the duration of your job search. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average duration of unemployment in the US is between 20 and 25 weeks (5-6 months)

An investment in the search process is required. JSAP Seekers getting their new job income sooner by only a month, receive typically 100% of their investment in JSAP. If one wrecks their car or has an illness, etc., you invest or pay for services to fix one’s car or invest or pay a doctor to be healed; all for their future betterment. Your choice! Invest in yourself!
