professional life:
DD Haines spent 25 years in school transportation. One of her last positions was General Manager supervising over 300 employees and maintaining over 200 buses while serving 4 customers. There aren’t many Human Resource issues she hasn’t seen!
Her last 4 years before retirement, she was one of three former managers who oriented, taught and then mentored new managers.
DD firmly believes in delivering good customer service. “There when you need us” is her motto.
Personal Life:
She has also been active in BSA for 20 years and was the recipient of the Silver Beaver award from the Longhorn Council, BSA. DD is a proud mother of two grown boys, one awesome daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters.
There is only one boss: the client. He can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.samwalton
