This session will focus on compensation negotiation and empower participants with the knowledge and tactics needed to advocate for their worth effectively. Participants will discuss how to handle requests for salary requirements at each stage of the interview process, what to ask for in a compensation package and leverage benefits, and how to handle counteroffers. The session will also include the nuanced differences between negotiating with a new organization or job offer and advocating for a promotion or pay raise with a current employer.
